The father, Michel Solignac, an experienced restauranteur for 40 years and his son Nicolas Solignac who has learnt his craft with Michelin starred chefs such as Laurent Peugeot at the Charlemagne, Bourgogne and Yannik Delpeche at the Amphytrion, Toulouse and others
The chefs offer various set menus as well as à la carte to suit your inclination. Fresh seasonal products provide a variety of meals from traditional confit du canard or cepes omelette to curried lotte in coconut milk followed by strawberry shortcake or rhubarb with an unusual rocket sorbet for a gourmand culinary experience with the family, with friends or your loved one.
A ‘menu of the day’ is also available for € 16 except on national holidays
There is also a children’s menu.

Nicole Solignac’s wine cellar of will offer you French wines such as Les Coteaux du Saillant, some pretty Bourgognes, a selection from Bordeaux and Champagnes at attractive prices.
